Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Community Liaison, located on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Community Liaison will be responsible for engaging with the community, conducting outreach activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, families, and community partners, participating in community events, and promoting Care Must's services.

Qualifications

• Community Engagement, Community Outreach, and Home Care skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities and a proactive approach to community involvement
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
