We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Security Agent with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team here in the Bay Area or outside of California.You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of the Team Leader and Program Managers for our top Silicon Valley clients. In your day to day role as a Residential Security Agent, you will be acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing physical security of assigned clients at their residence. You will perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to responding to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, incident detection, observation, physical security, overwatch and reconnaissance to assigned clients, staffing deficiencies, and handling client requests in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and pays close attention to detail, someone who works independently on assignments and has the ability to liaise and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors to ensure clients' security requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. The individual selected must be flexible and able to respond to dynamic situations with sound judgment, as well as have the ability to perform their duties on a national and international level.As we encourage veterans and candidates that are currently in the military reserve to apply, we welcome all who share the same passions for protection as we do. Must be tech savvy, ability to multitask, radio communications, clean driving record.Compensation: Hourly pay is $44.29, with an approximate annual pay of 100,000-120,000.

What you will do:Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and have the ability to influence informally across different departments within the teamTrack and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements within the provided guidelinesManage/monitor surveillance equipment and access pointsMaintain a log of all activity occurring at the residenceScreen all incoming mailPerform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/ or by vehicle while monitoring accessWatch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-siteContact the police or fire department if and when there is an emergencyPermit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exitsObserve departing personnel to protect against theft of company and/or client propertyPrepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activitiesProvide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional mannerAttend project meetings upon request to assess the security implications of proposed changesWork independently and adapt to various work-paces while always maintaining a high-level of attentiveness and energyBe responsible for client and family safety, as well as safeguarding client assetsConduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessmentsOperate motor vehicles in a safe and legal mannerMaintain up to date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibilityOperate in a low profile, low footprint capacityFollow Residential Security Operating Procedures and GuidelinesComply with Surefox Policy and ProceduresWhat is required:Must be eligible for employment within the United StatesMust be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelinesMust be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screeningMust live within driving distance or be willing to relocateMust have a current guard licensure by the State in which such services are to be performed (e.g., BSIS guard card for California) or eligible to qualify for such licensureMust have a high school degree or equivalentDemonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergenciesAbility to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgroundsGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work independently and as a team memberAll applicants must be able to pass the Surefox Executive and Residential Physical Agility Test (ERPAT), with or without reasonable accommodation, prior to the scheduled start date.Please be aware that passing the physical agility test is a requirement for this position.The ERPAT is a timed sequence of multiple physical events requiring you to progress along a predetermined path from event to event in a continuous manner until complete.CPR/First Aid/AED certification for all ages is requiredPossess a valid and current driver licensePossess a valid U.S PassportAbility to work nights and weekends as requiredAbility to work autonomously, domestic and internationallyHave an operational understanding of today's technology across all platformsStrong writing and interpersonal skillsAbility to legally carry and operate an electronic stun gun device in the state of NevadaFully vaccinated status related to COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by anticipated start date and able to provide proof upon requestWhat is desired:Security or law enforcement related experience preferredElectronic Stun Gun trainingCompletion of the Surefox Residential Security Officer Training Course (RSOTC)3+ years of previous residential security experience (or the equivalent certifications):Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) or Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)Residential Security Operations Certification (RSOC)Prior attendance of a recognized EP training program which include but are not limited to:ESIEPIOatmanPFCITG4TFTTMilitary background is a plusReport writing experience preferredExperience working with families and children in a high net worth environmentInternational experience
