Key Responsibilities
Learn and demonstrate vehicle specifications, features, and capabilities.
Proactively generate, follow up, and convert leads into sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our inventory.
- Listen to customers, identify needs, and match them with the right vehicle.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate deals and trade-ins for win-win transactions.
- Collaborate with Finance Managers to finalize deals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, the local market, and competitor offerings.
- Attend all mandatory training, meetings, and events.
Qualifications
Customer service experience REQUIRED (retail, hospitality, or similar).
- Ability to learn retail sales quickly — high energy and competitive spirit a must.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM tools.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings & weekends.
- Valid driver's license.
