This role will work independently on a variety of tasks, but also include regular communication with tenants and staff. Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and upgrades to keep the interior and exterior of the apartment community in great condition
- Repair various plumbing and electrical systems
- Paint and drywall repairs
- Communication with apartment tenants about repair needs
- Make apartments move-in ready
What we look for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintenance experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be on-call for evenings and weekends, every other week
- HVAC Certification
