Job Description :
Piper Companies is hiring an Customer Experience Associate for a print-on-demand and self publishing services company located in Raleigh, NC. The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for assisting customers with navigating Lulus website and tools. The Customer Experience Associate is contract opportunity where the candidate can sit remote and will need to be on site in Raleigh, NC for the first week of training. Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:
  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Assist customers in order to locate orders, navigate website, help with billing etc.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to print-on-demand services and digital publishing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems efficiently and empathetically.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes and user experience
  • Some seasonal work to help with book retail during holiday season
Requirements of the Customer Experience Associate:
  • 1+ year of customer support experience preferably SaaS
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., FreshDesk)
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
Compensation of the Customer Experience Associate:
  • $20-$22 per hour
