Job Summary
At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity for a mechanically savvy Customer Service Supervisor. We are looking for a candidate to lead by example and provide excellent customer service to our customers. This critical role will help continue SuperATV's growth and impact in the off-roading industry.
Primary Duties
- Provide top notch customer service and technical support to incoming calls from customers and dealerships, including escalated complaints/issues and resolving those, while achieving personal call and sales goals.
- Deliver excellent internal customer service and provide mechanical expertise for customer complaints/issues.
- Provide training to new employees, product training, process training, etc.
- Provide regular coaching/feedback to enhance skill development and employee growth
- Motivate and lead employees to provide high levels of service while hitting department SLA's and metrics
- Communicate effectively between leadership and employees
- Help address operational challenges and help implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Facilitate/Lead in quarterly employee reviews and performance management
- Manage/monitor PTO requests and timecards across the department
- Maintain confidentiality related to employees or the business as necessary
Education / Experience
- Associates or bachelor's degree in related field, is preferred.
- Proven inside sales and customer service experience,
- Call center experience,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & strong listening skills,
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to make independent decisions, coach team, and be a self-starter are critical.
- Mechanical aptitude,
- Some travel may be required
