Workforce Management Software Engineer. This is a contract opportunity. This is a fully remote opportunity. About this position. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Global IT team and support the modernization of back-of-store Workforce Management systems. This individual will work across U.S., Canada, and European regions, designing and delivering scalable solutions within a SAFe Agile framework. The focus of this role is engineering solutions for UKG Pro WFM, Kronos Workforce Central, and Boomi integrations to support a global workforce. Job Responsibilities. Design, develop, test, and deploy features for Workforce Management systems. Build integrations using UKG Boomi and Kronos Workforce Integration Manager. Configure, monitor, and maintain UKG Pro WFM systems and associated services. Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product Owners, and global engineering teams.
