Provide syllabus and lesson plans Teach course according to curriculum provided Assist students in the development of study skills necessary for successful completion of courses Maintain accurate and current documentation concerning student contact and progress Maintain contact with UB/ UBMS staff Complete all university and program required training Refer students to UB/ UBMS staff for information or assistance with issues such as academic (advisement, juggling family, work and school, stress and time management, self-esteem and independence, study skills), career exploration, and transfer assistance Education Bachelors degree or higher, preferred in subject to be taught Experience Experience teaching and/or tutoring in subject matter Core Competencies Demonstrated sensitivity to first generation, low-income and/or individuals who have been traditionally underrepresented Ability to motivate youth Subject to background check Additional Information On days of teaching you will report a...Math, Instructor, Science, Summer, Education
