: Job Details :

Management. Must be knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds, and routine repairs required for the facility operations. Is required to have knowledge of security and medical equipment maintenance procedures. Maintains records on all actions performed on items under the responsibility of the Facilities Department. Displays considerable initiative and judgment involved in determining extent of repairs as may be required on all equipment and buildings selecting appropriate materials, utilizing the most effective methods, techniques and procedures when required to complete job assignments. Cooperates with Manager, Facilities Operations and other employees to maintain equipment, parts and supplies and makes recommendations to Manager regarding desired changes in operation and maintenance procedures.
