Electrical Supervisor - Night Shift
: Job Details :

Manage and lead the Electrical and Controls team, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance. Oversee the implementation, documentation, startup, and support of PLC and HMI programming within an industrial automation environment. Plan and coordinate the installation, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and tuning of control devices used in manufacturing processes. Develop and deliver training for plant operations and maintenance personnel on control system functionality, design features, and process operation. Optimize team performance by effectively utilizing employee skills, minimizing mechanical downtime, enhancing equipment effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to safety policies. Monitor equipment breakdowns, assess needs, assign resources, and adjust work schedules to meet production goals.
