Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a QA RA Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a QA RA Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Department supporting compliance, regulatory submissions, and quality systems management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to align successfully in the organization. Job Title: QA RA Compliance Specialist Location: St. Petersburg, FL (On-site) Pay Range: $30/hour What's the Job? Coordinate, track, and trend Change Controls for the facility Perform regulatory impact assessments on Change Controls and ensure timely completion Prepare and submit regulatory submissions, including A/NDA, drug master files, permits, and licenses Assist with SOP preparation/review, audits, CAPAs, investigations, and complaint reports Mentor staff on compliance and participate in internal assessments and training What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or related field) Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience Strong knowledge of Change Control processes, cGMPs, FDA Guidance, and US application regulations Proven experience with investigation writing, root cause analysis, and report writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder What's in it for me?
