1st and 2nd Shift Production Worker

Join a dynamic production company specializing in the manufacturing of grout and concrete. We are looking for a dedicated and long-term general production worker to be part of our team.

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities

• Measure and inspect products for defects, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products using a forklift.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to company guidelines.
• Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general production work.
• Proficiency in machine operation and general labor tasks.
• Ability to perform inspections and measurements accurately.
• Forklift operation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with cross-training within multiple departments.
• Competence in basic math and measuring.

Work Environment

Work in a loading and industrial environment where safety is prioritized. Steel-toed shoes are required, and personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and respiratory masks are provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Mirada, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
