And the role:The Director, Corporate Finance JV Management will be a critical member of the finance team, responsible for all aspects of financial management, reporting, and compliance for the newly launched JV between WMG and Bain Capital. The JV seeks to acquire, own, and manage rights in recorded music and music publishing catalogs. This role requires a meticulous and strategic professional with a deep understanding of accounting, strong operational capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
