Operational Excellence Ensure the integrity of IT infrastructure, security, end-user computing, cloud/hybrid computing, networking, and service desk functions. Ensure infrastructure architecture is functioning at a high level to support enterprise goals and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, & CCPA). Oversee IT disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity strategies. Ensure high-quality, high-availability computing and telephony environments, including system backups and restore functions. Security & Compliance Manage and optimize IT security, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and threat detection. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT security and infrastructure. Monitor performance and security of IT infrastructure, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Analyze IT security data and leverage insights to inform security strategies.
