Plan, organize, and implement appropriate programs and lesson plans that enhance skill development of participants using a variety of techniques. - Work regularly with the Education Director, Education Coordinator, Social Worker, and/or Psychologist to assess the needs of individual students and adapt lessons to those needs. - Prepare class materials, curriculum, and bulletin displays, and make copies as needed. - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a group of 10-21 boys (ages 7-9 or 10-12) Qualifications.
