#x 9; Work safely with hazardous chemicals and strictly follow all safety policies Promptly report safety concerns, injuries, or suggestions Apply SOPs or scientific methods to perform routine tasks and problem-solving Responsible for: Bulk buffer formulation Bead dropping using a beadulator Loading/unloading lyophilizer Sieving beads Aliquoting and labeling reagents Perform p. H and Conductivity testing Ensure accurate, real-time documentation (Right First Time RFT) Monitor equipment performance and report issues Maintain lab cleanliness and manage inventory Identify defects/issues and escalate appropriately Recommend ideas for improving efficiency, quality, or safety Perform other department-support tasks as assigned Training Responsibilities: Complete all required training on time and satisfactorily Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12 years related experience OR Associates or Technical Trade Degree with 01 year experience Kn...Analyst, Laboratory, Technology, Staffing
