This position is responsible for the State Capital and Locally Funded plant fund projects for the university. The Staff Accountant ensures financial compliance and reporting for capital construction projects, aligning university project data with State of Ohio financial systems, while coordinating bid processes, payments, and accounting for timely and accurate capital asset management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or closely related field with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance. OR Associates degree and 7 years of accounting/finance experience. OR 10 or more years accounting/finance experience in lieu of degree Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree with 5 years of accounting/finance work experience Experience with OAKS, the State of Ohios ERP system.
