This is a temporary position. The Director, Global Consulting, is a leader within the Global Consulting organization, providing strategic program management services to initiative and program leaders, as well as senior-level consultants across enterprise projects, platforms, and initiatives. EDUCATION & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major Four plus year experience in project or program management roles. Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MBA or equivalent Experience in the lodging / hospitality sector QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions.
