Companion Care Needed

I need a companion care provider experience for my father in his 80s. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, kind, patient, likes to talk. Father has advanced Parkinsonion disorder called MSA, has trouble walking and is a fall risk, sometimes light housekeeping can help. Need someone in house with my Father so my Mom can run errands, get out of house, and have a break.
