Nanny Needed For My Children

I am hoping to have someone care form my new baby after my maternity leave ends until the start of summer for teachers. Ideally this person would come to the house at 7:30 a.m. and stay until my work is done (around 3:00, I am a teacher so may vary by an hour on some days). We are looking for a knowledgeable nanny who prioritizes routine, care, and early childhood education. We are first time parents so are really looking for someone who will come into the home and feel like family.
