Play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and integrity during specimen accessioning and processing. Youll support troubleshooting and quality initiatives while guiding junior staff and maintaining operational workflows. What youll be doing:Accession, identify, sort, and label clinical specimens for testing and storage. Troubleshoot processing issues and escalate concerns to senior staff. Maintain freezer inventory and monitor supply levels. Assist onboarding efforts and guide junior personnel in lab procedures. Respond to after-hours job-critical functions and alarms.
