Create a welcoming customer service-oriented atmosphere that promotes the Monster Golf Club as well as exceeding the needs of guests. Provide the highest level of customer service with a positive attitude Maintaining a clean and professional retail shop which includes arranging visual displays andmannequins Assist with receiving of retail goods in accordance with Troon retail policies and procedures Ensure that the golf shop counter and storage areas are kept clean and neat to maximizeefficiency. Responsible for re-stocking traffic and gift items as well as other stock items. Assist with developing and implementing promotional plans for the golf shop. Incorporate safe and efficient practices in job performance while upholding Troon hospitalitystandards Communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless check-in process Performing opening/ closing duties in accordance with Monster GC policies and procedures.
