Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health and dental services to the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full time Activity Technician / Therapist to join our team at the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification State Prison in Jackson, Georgia. The Activity Technician/ Therapist is under the direction of professional mental health staff, and uses recreational/social/vocational activities to accomplish treatment objectives, foster skill building and problem solving in support of psychological stabilization for patients in a correctional setting. Qualifications Schedule: M-F on day shift Qualifications Two (2) years of experience in Therapeutic Recreation or related field providing activities programming for persons who have a serious mental illness required Must have an active Basic Life Support certification.
