Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs. Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BI - Ps) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs. Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills. Implement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavior changes. Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.
