Completely cleans and sanitizes all areas of the plant and all production machinery and equipment daily to ensure the entire plant is kept in a sanitized, clean, and organized condition. Coordinates daily tasks for other Sanitors and provides training as necessary. Responsibilities - Practices & promotes integrety, respect, accountability,continuous improvement and positive interactions with all Team Members and visitors. - Ensures completion of Sanitation responsibilities daily according to Master Sanitation Schedule - Correctly washes and sanitizes all processing equipment, pumps, blenders and transfer lines or machine blocks, hoppers, feed tubes & hoses - Cleans entire processing work station including tables, conveyor chains, floors, walls, air filter hoses and dust collectors, drop cards, air and electric drops, check weighers, scales and wall mounted items such as fire extinguishers, sinks, soap and paper towel dispensers. - Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes all filling equipment...Sanitation, 1st Shift, Processing, Shift, Equipment, Manufacturing
