Controls and Automation Engineer

B. S. in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited university OR equivalent work experience - Ability to read and understand panel designs, electrical schematics, and system layouts in AutoCAD 2 D - Must have effective communication (verbal and written) and have the desire to build strong relationships with engineering groups, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors - Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines while working with project management and other engineering groups - Occasional weekend, holiday, or overtime work may be required as part of a rotating support schedule Bonus Qualifications - 5 years of controls or automation experience, preferably with Rockwell platforms - Industry experience with material handling equipment or systems - Experience in the use of CODESYS - Experience with networking, PC controls, and operator displays - Mechanical design experience in Autodesk Inventor or similar design software.
