We're on the hunt for a Mechanical Engineer II to join our team of innovators! What Youll Do: - Collaborate with team in brainstorm & design reviews. - Validate designs through DFMEA, strength, and fatigue analysis, followed by thorough testing. - Presents updates at project reviews on prototype readiness and issues - Able to analyze engineering CAD models for prototyping and testability. - Review data, evaluate product samples, and recommend design adjustments. - Support the transition of projects from the Innovation group over to the New Product Development group. - Collaborate with global engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve design and production challenges. - Participate in cross-functional meetings to align project scope, deliverables, and goals.
