RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, manage, and execute inventory through the distribution centers ensuring good decision making on proper replenishment planning, shelf life, customer requirements, and least cost optimization. This should align with sales needs. Manage and assign loading locations for finished goods, delay trucks and order loading to deliver to the customers needs and reduce distressed product. Good communication and execution skills with Operations, Traffic, Distribution, Supply Chain, Accounting, Warehouses and Sales/ Marketing to identify opportunities for better customer service and resource allocation to maintain minimum shortages.
