The Senior Supervisor, Aircraft Maintenance is responsible for leading an HDL team consisting of union mechanics to complete aircraft modification projects. Responsible for monitoring budgets, organizing daily tasks to meet milestones, understanding IMS schedule, and driving the overall performance on aircraft modification projects. Establishing and tracking day-to-day production requirements that includes budget, safety, quality, and performance. Team will consist of between eight to twelve hourly mechanics. Essential Functions: Ability to interpret Government, FAA, and Company Aviation Safety regulations. Ability to read\interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and general aviation knowledge. Experience in conflict resolution, team building, and coaching skills Possess a working knowledge of military, commercial, or general aviation aircraft. Ability to perform analytical analysis and apply risk mitigation techniques.
