Serve as front-line support for production staff and supervisors. Leverage established processes and procedures to address inquiries in a timely and complete manner. Partner with enterprise COE resources on issue resolution. Identifies continuous improvement opportunities, shares feedback, and develops solutions to common issues. Conduct thorough, objective, and timely investigations for the assigned area. Thought partner with Human Resources Manager and leaders to resolve employee relations issues. Share trends, themes, and data to support sustained solution development. Participate in solution development, recommendations, and execution. At the guidance of the Human Resources Manager and established procedures, support the execution of cyclical people processes in the areas of compensation, performance management, discipline, talent planning, talent development, benefits administration, and talent acquisition.
