Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with Baldor's strategic initiatives. Provide comprehensive financial analysis to senior leadership, offering insights on company performance, operational efficiencies, and business opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, including variance analysis, profit margins, and scenario planning. Collaborate with department heads (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure financial targets are met and identify areas for cost control and revenue growth. Present financial reports and analysis to the executive team, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Lead efforts to enhance data collection and financial reporting tools, driving automation and scalability in reporting systems.
