Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and aid swimmers as needed. Enforce all aquatic facility rules and regulations consistently and professionally. Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies and administer first aid or CPR as needed. Inspect the pool and surrounding area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment.
