Pay Range $93,825.00-$117,275.00 per year. To create a safe, healthy, and positive working environment at the facility for all Foster Farms team members. Responsible for facilitys compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to environmental, health and safety concerns (EHS). Developing, implementing, and managing all EHS policies and procedures. Managing incident investigations, tracking EHS metrics, workplace inspections, and recommending program modification or corrective actions pertaining to EHS issues onsite. Develop, implement, and enforce governing safety and health policies and procedures and conduct incident investigations to ensure root cause(s) have been identified and that appropriate corrective action has been completed. Mentor supervisors, team members, and management to develop a positive safety culture throughout the facility. Maintain and analyze safety related data to develop trends and action plans.
