Monitor and maintain light maintenance all assigned hatchers and incubators for temperature and humidity and push incubator racks into incubators per scheduled set time. Responsible for monitoring incubator and hatch machines; correcting problems with light maintenance work. Make effective decisions on machine malfunctions. Responsible for setting the right eggs as per the set sheet. Responsible for monitoring room temperature and humidifiers. Communicates with Supervisor and/or lead person regarding work assignment problems. Communicates with maintenance and other employees regarding machine malfunctions. Qualifications. Good communication skills written and verbal. Must have some mechanical aptitude to fix incubators, hatchers. Ability to repeatedly lift 35 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop and reach above head. Able to move full egg racks (on wheels) weighing approximately 14001600 pounds. Ability to meet company standards.
