: Job Details :

Perform general labor as assigned. Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, dirt, shavings, etc. Assists in conversion duties as assigned. Maintain a safe work enviroment. Respond to tenants and customers as needed in a professional manner. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all building property and grounds. Follow instructions. Work as a team and be able to work indeoendently while completing tasks. Actively care for all complex equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property. Maintain organized storage areas. May be asked to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, and floor scrubbers. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid Driver Licenses High school diploma or equivalent.
