With a positive and professional attitude at all times, provide exceptional customer service to staff, faculty, and visitors, which includes anticipating and exceeding their needs. Assist customers with purchases and returns, using the Bookstores point-of-sale system. Create and set up store displays and maintain store appearance by restocking & reorganizing merchandise. Set up and execute sales at University events located on campus. Provide input for buying apparel and merchandise. Verify and check in merchandise received Fulfill and ship all online orders. Record tracking numbers, handle charges, and contact customers when issues arise. Verify the correct merchandise is shipped out, handle any returns. Monitor stock levels and notify Bookstore Marketing and Online Sales Manager and the Inventory Coordinator when levels need to be updated. Assist Bookstore Marketing and Online Sales Manager with web site maintenance. Assist with store coverage during peak Bookstore sales periods.
