Schedule:Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm. SUMMARY - The LPN is responsible for monitoring the treatment needs of patients and making sure they are met in accordance with agency policies, procedures, state and federal guidelines and regulations. The LPN will work with clinical staff, administrative staff and medical QHP, staff to cover the needs of mental health and substance abuse services, within the scope of an LPN license. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for adhering to standards of care to ensure program patients receive preventative, routine, ongoing, follow-up and emergency medical services. On a daily basis the LPN is responsible for delivering optimal care by:Working directly with Qualified Medical Provider (QMP) to ensure high quality of care is delivered to patients.
