Our client is seeking a talented and seasoned Sales Manager to ignite customer relationships, elevate their market presence, and lead a high-performing regional sales team through transformative growth initiatives. This person will architect and execute actionable sales strategies, propel our client ahead in the marketplace, and cultivate dynamic teams aligned to exceed aggressive goals. Other responsibilities will include: developing and executing sales strategies; leading a regional sales team; overseeing the overall sales objectives, goals, and management of all sales-related activities; regularly visiting customers to gather market intelligence, update forecasts, predict upcoming requirements, monitor solicitations for bids, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
