Manage all aspects of the Retail Branch including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all regulatory and operation policies and procedures. Develop and implement an annual plan and strategies to increase branch profit, growth, and customer retention, Commit to active involvement in local community organizations. Provide leadership to Branch staff in the execution of branch growth plan. What You Will Do Develop and implement growth plans and strategies to achieve sales, productivity, financial growth, customer service, and community goals in conjunction with Regional management. Provide leadership to branch staff in the successful execution of defined branch goals. Coach and counsel platform staff on effective sales techniques to develop new customer relationships and enhance existing customer relationships.
