Lead and manage the Mechanical Design team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing engineering culture. Develop and maintain 3 D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using Creo, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with design standards. Oversee the mechanical design process from concept through production, balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Project Management, and other plant locations to support standardization and design alignment. Conduct design reviews, perform tolerance stack-up analysis, and run FEA simulations to validate mechanical integrity and ensure robust product performance.
