Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble components and subassemblies Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and protocols YOU MUST HAVE - Minimum of 1 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing. Basic knowledge of assembly techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. WE VALUE - High School Diploma or GED - Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ethics. Ability to work in a team environment.
