The Human Resources Generalist administers HR programs, procedures, and plans used in carrying out Human Resources policies. Provides guidance to executives, managers, supervisors, and employees on various Human Resources issues. Areas of expertise may include one or more of the following HR modalities: Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Leave Administration. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Location: Pasco, WAFLSA: Non-exempt. Hourly rate: $35.67-51.97/hr. depending on experience Requirements Minimum Education and Work Experience -Bachelors Degree in HR or related field and three years of HR experience OR any combination of education and experience which would provide the candidate with the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job.
