The individual will be responsible for the functional testing of primary and secondary packaging for innovation, renovation, sustainability and cost savings initiatives across various B&W Skin Care, Hair Care & Prestige brands. You will work as part of the Packaging Engineering team to manage and execute test plans for multiple development projects across a range of pack formats stock and prioritize tasks based on timelines. The position will require collaboration and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently within our technical team, attention to fine details in performing the tests and capturing results with creation of concise technical reports. Youre a born leader: You will have the autonomy to efficiently manage workload with testing needs coming from across the packaging team. By partnering with the packaging engineering team you will help unlock the delivery of technical functional and optimized packaging solutions for the consumer.
