#xa 0; - Coordinate nursery trial packaging activities. - Execute all seed requests in a timely manner. - Manage all seed inventory activities such as storage, organization, retention, accuracy, and discarding. - Implement strong ways of working to maintain integrity of seed inventory, packaging, field layout, pollinating, threshing and data collection. - Train and mentor junior team members and seasonal staff in operational and/or agronomic processes. - Function as an integral member of the TE Operations team. - Perform all tasks and behave in a manner compliant with and in support of all safety and stewardship related company policies and practices, including completing all required company training courses. - Effectively communicate regularly with peers and supervisors regarding the status of projects and work activities. - Assist in other operational activities of planting, pollinating, and harvest as needed.
