Lead and support strategic supply chain and manufacturing projects focused on cost, service, and inventory optimization. Collaborate with senior leaders to implement initiatives that align with business goals and improve operational performance. Analyze complex data sets using SAP and Microsoft Office tools to generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and performance metrics. Support production planning and ensure continuity of operations. Drive continuous improvement through process redesign and system enhancements. Mentor team members and supply to building interpersonal capability. Qualifications. Bachelors or Masters degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or project management. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
