The practice coordinator is a vital member of the team who partners with the Deaconess Care Group and Deaconess Health System leadership to engage and educate the physician team, optimize performance on defined key metrics, prepares physician assignments and ensure collaboration with the care team. The Practice Coordinator (PC) will provide support to physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and clerical staff under the direction of the Practice Administrator (PA) and Director of DCG. The practice coordinator is a vital member of the team who partners with the Deaconess Care Group and Deaconess Health System leadership to engage and educate the physician team, optimize performance on defined key metrics, prepares physician assignments and ensure collaboration with the care team.
