The Director of Compliance and Risk Management (DCRM) reports to Vice President for Finance and Administration and works closely with the Colleges General Counsel. The DCRM promotes taking a broad, enterprise-wide view of compliance and risk; viewing risk as both hazards and opportunities; aligning compliance and risk response with resources and strategic objectives; and integrating compliance and risk management with regular planning, resource allocation, operations, and other activities. The DCRM increases awareness and consideration of compliance and risk, the effective mitigation of risk and risk tolerance in decision-making throughout the organization. Essential Functions: The Director of CERM will work as a compliance and risk management partner, protecting the Colleges assets, meeting legal obligations, protecting the health and safety of students and members of the campus community while being mindful of the internal and external image of the College.
