The Business Analyst for IS Applications is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions that support business objectives. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IS teams, ensuring that application requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered effectively. Analyze organizational information challenges, current processes, and procedures; recommend and implement new processes that improve system efficiency, productivity, consistency, controls and protocols across the enterprise. Orchestrate and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate and document business requirements for IT applications. Lead requirements workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
