Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth handovers and efficient operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements to optimize efficiency and productivity. YOU MUST HAVE - Proven experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment. - Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. - Ability to operate and maintain production equipment.
