To perform the packer duties and requirements in a safe, organized, and efficient manner while delighting customers with quality products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Package product according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GM - Ps), work instructions, specifications, and quality docket. Conduct visual quality inspections of products and report deficiencies before being packaged. Place the product that meets specifications in the box or gaylord. Tape, label, and stack boxes on pallets for material handler pickup. Maintain housekeeping of the packing station and related areas. Follow and maintain all safety policies and critical safety behaviors. Assist the operator whenever needed in start-up or shut down of the line. Perform job duties compatible with the standard rate of production. Must communicate with operators and leaders promptly. Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
